Q1:Do you have a local agent close to me that I can get it from?

A1:Currently, we only have agents in Morocco, Philippines, Armenia, Gambia, Sri Lanka, India, Congo and Côte d'Ivoire, welcome to be our agent.

Q2:What payment terms do you support?

A2:TT,TD,TP,L/C,Western Union,Paypal,Money Gram are available,

and for TT,we accept 30%deposit in advance,70% balance against copy of B/L.

Q3:Are you a manufacture or trading company?

A3:Yes,we are professional manufacture in China, and have been this field for 20+years.

Q4:Can I change my order once it's been placed?

A4:If it is our regular products and stock products, you can change it after placing the order.

Q5:How long is your delivery time?

A5:15-30days after receiving deposit.

Q6:lt is possible to get samples from your factory?

A6:Yes.free samples will be sent if needed but the freight can be negotiated orchargeable it will be refunded after confirmation of the order.

Q7:We can make other color ?

A7:Of course,we support OEM and ODM

Q8:Which countries do your factory export to every year?

A8:Africa,europe and the united states,the middle east and so on.Our factory exports to more than 180 countries every year.

Q9:Can I purchase items not listed on your site?

A9:If you need an item that isn't on our website, please contact us. We will most likely be able to find the product that you need. 

Q10:Can I place an order outside of your office hours?

A10:Yes. Orders can be placed online 24 hours a day.
