1. Concealed installation
The PPR pipe is embedded in the wall and floor, the compressive and tensile stress will be absorbed and will not be easily damaged. If the pipes have standard insulating material, more expansion can be allowed to be absorbed.
2. External pipe network
When the PPR pipe is installed outdoors, the compensation of linear expansion should be considered. The most basic requirements are: first, natural compensation should be used as much as possible; second, expansion ring compensation should be used, and then fixed bearings and free hangers should be used for compensation. When installing the anchor bolt, pay attention to dividing the PPR pipe into parts so that the expansion force is directed in the desired direction.
3. Shaft pipe installation
If the anchors are installed near the two branch pipes of the main pipe, the main pipe riser can be vertically retracted between the two floors. The distance between two anchor points in the shaft should not exceed three meters. Other methods can also be used to compensate for bloat.
