Choose non-damaged pipe fittings to ensure that the pipe is cut flat, without burrs, and the edges are smooth and smooth.
Select the appropriate tool according to the diameter of the pipe to be cut. Professional pipe shears are used for general pipe diameters, and saw blades are required for large pipe diameters.
The connection end face between the pipe grid and the pipe must be kept clean, dry and oil-free.
Use a caliper or pencil to mark the depth of the melt on the tubing to avoid problems with overheating.
Introduce the tube end into the heat pipe jacket at 260-280°C until the marked depth is reached.
Do not rotate the pipe end during the connection process, push the pipe fitting onto the heating pipe until the position reaches the specified mark.
After heating for a certain time, quickly hold horizontally and insert to the previously marked depth.
When pushing, the force should not be too strong to prevent the tube head from bending.
During the connection of the water pipe, do not insert it in a rotatable manner.
This makes it impossible for the pipe to remain level and stable, and it is cooled and fixed after being inserted directly.
