Valve Installation Requirements
Jul 18, 2024

Preparation Work:
Ensure that the piping system is clean and free of impurities to avoid damaging the seat and ball.
Check the type, specification and material of the copper ball valve to ensure that it meets the requirements of use.
Installation Position:
The ball valve should be installed in a position that is easy to operate and maintain.
The direction and flow direction of the valve should meet the design requirements to avoid reverse flow.
Flange Connection:
When connecting the valve with the pipeline, the flange connection should be used to ensure that the connection is firm and tight.
The bolts on the flange should be tightened symmetrically, gradually and evenly to prevent leakage due to uneven force.
Installation Direction:
The ball valve should be installed on the horizontal or vertical pipe, ensuring that the valve stem is in the vertical or horizontal state.
The ball valve with the transmission mechanism should be installed upright, that is, installed on the horizontal pipe, and the drive device is above the pipe.
Pipeline Support:
Before and after the installation of the copper ball valve, the pipeline should be able to bear the weight of the valve, and it should be equipped with appropriate support if necessary.
