How to solve the lack of heating in floor heating pipelines

Floor heating has now become a new fashion for winter heating. However, with the increase in the service life of the pipeline, the problem of the gradual lack of heating of the floor heating has also bothered some users.
Geothermal lines need to pass through water as a medium, and the water contains a lot of substances. It can be roughly divided into two categories: one is minerals, calcium, magnesium ions, etc.; the other is microorganisms. Because the geothermal system will produce a large amount of calcium and magnesium ion scale, biological slime, rust and sediment in the external pipe network after a period of use, the chemical agent used by the heating enterprise to prevent water theft is also attached to the inner wall of the geothermal pipe, causing the geothermal pipe to become black or blocked, and the heating function is lost.
It is important to select a good heating pipeline before heating installation, but it is also necessary to pay full attention to the regular maintenance and cleaning of the heating pipeline during use, which is an important measure to maintain and improve the thermal efficiency of the heating system.
Under normal circumstances, geothermal pipelines will deposit 1 to 1.5 mm of scale and slime after running a heating period, and correspondingly reduce the indoor temperature by 3 to 6 °C, and the areas with poor water quality are more serious. The thermal conductivity of scale is poor, in the heat exchange process, scale increases from 0mm to 0.3mm, and the heat exchange rate will be reduced to 79%. Moreover, the heat exchange rate decreases sharply with the increase of scale thickness, which is why people feel that the floor heating is not hot.
Therefore, in order to maintain a good heating effect of floor heating and have a longer service life, users should pay attention to the protection and maintenance of floor heating. The main thing is the cleaning of the floor heating pipeline. Floor heating can be cleaned before, during or after heating. Cleaning before heating, you can clean all the impurities such as biological slime in the pipeline, so that the heating effect can reach the best state; cleaning in heating, you can obviously feel the change in temperature rise; and cleaning after heating is relatively better, you can clean impurities to prevent algae bacteria from multiplying in the floor heating pipeline. Under normal circumstances, floor heating should be cleaned once after 2-3 years of use.
