What is the difference between PPR PVC PE pipes?

1.PP-R pipe is also called three-type polypropylene pipe. It uses random copolymerized polypropylene to be extruded into pipes and injection molded to become pipe fittings. It is a new type of plastic pipe product developed and applied in Europe in the early 1990s.In the late 1980s, PP-R used a gas phase copolymerization process to randomly and uniformly polymerize about 5% PE in the molecular chain of PP (random copolymerization) to become a new generation of pipeline materials. It has good impact resistance and long-term creep properties.
2.PE polyethylene PE is a polyethylene plastic, which is a series of varieties of resins produced by a variety of processes, with various structures, properties and uses.PE pipes include medium density polyethylene pipes and high density polyethylene pipes, which are divided into SDR11 and SDR17.6 series according to the wall thickness. The former is suitable for conveying gaseous artificial gas, natural gas and liquefied petroleum gas, while the latter is mainly used for conveying natural gas.
3.U-PVC, also known as hard PVC, is composed of an amorphous thermoplastic resin made of vinyl chloride monomer by polymerization and certain additives (such as stabilizers, lubricants, fillers, etc.). In addition to using additives, the method of blending and modification with other resins is also adopted, which makes it have obvious practical value. These resins are CPVC, PE, ABS, EVA, MBS and so on.UPVC has high melt viscosity and poor fluidity. Even if the injection pressure and melt temperature are increased, the fluidity does not change much. In addition, the molding temperature of the resin is very close to the thermal decomposition temperature, and the temperature range that can be molded is very narrow, making it a difficult material to mold.
